i was concerned that little differences in centering of the holes in the neck and body might add up to misalignment, but when the neck was attached to the body the geometry was quite accurate. the holes for the bolts are slightly oversized and there is a small amount of adjustment available. with the top planes of the neck and upper bout lined up, the desired 2.5mm of spacing at the saddle was very close. there was a bit of yaw remaing that i corrected by flossing the high shoulder with sandpaper between the neck and body.
