i made these two new small krenov style planes from paduak, with gonçalo alves soles, and 3/4" wide blades of high speed steel cut from a industrial hacksaw blade. one has a flat sole and the other slightly curved. made with the intent to use to shave the braces in the glued up body for tuning.
